Construction Finance loan is an offering designed to meet the requirement of real estate developers across the life cycle of their proposed or ongoing construction projects against the project sales receivables.

Types of Construction Finance

  • Bridge loans

    A bridge loan is a short-term loan that can be used to cover financial gaps during construction projects. Bridge loans provide immediate cash flow when funds are needed but not yet available. They are often used to cover construction costs when a property developer doesn’t have enough resources to start a project.

    Equity financing

    In this type of financing, you exchange ownership of the project for funding. The percentage of dilution depends upon your requirement of finance.

    Grants

    Some projects receive grants from the government, foundations, or corporations. This provision is usually available for social housing projects.
